All A Black Girl in her Feelings LLC. product orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds/ returns/ exchanges at this time. Please note that all purchases are final meaning that all products are nonrefundable. In the event that your package is damaged during shipment, please send an email to ablackgirlinherfeelingsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery so that we resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include a picture of the damaged product and packaging along with your order in the email. After 48 hours, we will unfortunately not be able to help assist you. Regarding our inflammatory aromatherapy products (candles), please understand A Black Girl in her feelings is not responsible for possible damages/ fire that can possibly occur when burning a candle. Follow our candle care procedures to prevent any incidents/accidents from occuring.
